She discovers a very sad story about a young Jewish woman and her family members who were arrested during the occurrence. She uncovers a remarkable connection between her ex-husband and that household.-This is why the story is so compelling. Although I’ve seen a lot of stories about how the Paris Jewish community was assembled and sent out to be eradicated, the details of how they were held and secured the huge arena by French authorities for the benefit of paradise were beyond my comprehension. The author is able to describe individuals and areas as well as the deep emotions that people experience in times of extreme sociopathic acts.
