textIt was fast reading, because I couldn’t put it down. This tale takes you into the second world war, and gives you an idea of how it looked in Germany from one person’s point of view. It is both historical and chronologically accurate. I also believe it gives a fair summary of the events and the time period. Although it’s an amazing love story, the historical aspect is equally interesting to me. The story is well-written with well-known characters and flows smoothly. There are many reviews out there that will give you the story.
