This is the review I had been wanting to write for over a year. However, I get sidetracked by reviewing negative reviews and forget why I even went to Amazon.
I am a 35-year-old medical professional. I started exercising when I was 21 years old. I have been following the recommendations of this publication since August 2017. Mike is an artist and a sales person. Although he may try to sell you some of his products, he clearly says that you don’t need to. However, you will feel attracted and will want more.
You will find the nutrition and exercise programs in the book. However, they are a bit spread out and you might need to do some additional research to create your own.
Some bits of information are too standard for me, but it is probably because of my clinical background. It annoyed me a bit since I couldn’t miss it and I didn’t want to hear it.

Have you been exercising for more than five years? You should then look like BLS’s writer. Imagine how many celebrities went through those transformations. There are other options than medicines. Paul Rudd, Ryan Reynolds and all the Spidermen (Tom Holland being the best). They are lean, shredded and look natural. Most people are missing the key pieces of the challenge.
