Tessa is a great friend and I feel the same way about her. Her understanding of being in a whole new world is very difficult. We don’t know what Tessa is. The last publication suggested that she might be a warlock. However, she doesn’t possess a mark to make it unlikely. We do see some hints of what she could be in this publication, but nothing has been confirmed.

The various personalities are also my favorites! Magnus is naturally a favourite throughout the entire collection. He is so kind, caring, funny, and so much fun! Magnus’s friend Scott Woosley was another character that I enjoyed getting to know. He is hilarious! Henry and Charlotte share a very sweet moment that shows their love for each other. Another tale is The Lightwoods. This is because I love Alec and Izzy Lightwoods from TMI. This series shows me why Will doesn’t like the Lightwoods. It is easy to see why Gabriel is what he is. However, I love that Gideon is changing as well as seeing the things as they really are. Not seeing them in the way his father wants him to. Gideon and Sophie, yes please! There is definitely chemistry and Sophie is my favorite! I hope that something good comes of this chemistry.

Jessie is a true workhorse. I enjoyed her company and the quarrels between her and the other members of the institute. I found it quite funny. However, I feel sorry for Jessie as she has matured in Shadowhunter without any claim to her future. I understand why she’s bitter about it. But she does something so stupid and selfish, I couldn’t believe that!

Talking of idiotic, Nate’s back and even more insane than ever! He’s seriously insane, more so than I thought! He did not betray his sister enough, but then he does something worse!
